Jiahe Lianke Casting Co., Ltd., founded in 2020, is one of the largest foundries in southern China, located in Jiahe County — the "Southern China Casting Capital".
We specialize in castings for machinery, construction, transmission and vehicles, with weights ranging from 0.1 kg to 40 tons.
Honored as "Hunan Little Giant", we hold ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications. Our facilities include advanced casting and CNC workshops, a Denmark DISA automatic line, US electric furnaces, German OBLF spectrometers, Zeiss CMM, imported horizontal machining centers, a 770×880 mm automatic horizontal molding line, 5-axis machining centers, 3-axis deep-hole drilling machines, as well as manual molding. We adopt green sand casting, resin sand casting, pre-coated sand casting and lost-foam casting. Our materials cover gray iron, ductile iron and alloy iron, supporting both standard and customized small-batch & mass production of small, large, heavy and complex castings.
